The PubMatic 2023 trade fair booth was designed as a spacious, welcoming, and highly structured brand environment that reflects PubMatic’s role as a leading independent technology company in programmatic advertising.

The objective was to create a stand that balances technology, hospitality, and clarity — offering visitors an environment suited for meetings, presentations, and in-depth conversations within a busy exhibition setting.

The design concept combines open architecture, warm materials, and clear brand zones to create a professional yet approachable atmosphere. Strong overhead elements ensure high visibility across the exhibition hall, while transparent meeting rooms and lounge areas support openness and accessibility.
In close collaboration with the client, the booth layout was structured around distinct functional zones: presentation areas, private meeting rooms, and comfortable lounge spaces. Integrated greenery and soft seating introduce a human, relaxed counterpoint to the technical nature of the product.
Digital screens and brand messaging were embedded seamlessly into the architecture, ensuring clear communication without visual overload.

The final booth delivered a confident, modern, and highly functional trade fair presence.
